1. Grant of Licence

Upon purchase PixelForge grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, worldwide licence to use the template on one (1) production domain.

  1. Permitted Uses

  • Modify the code, styles, and assets to fit your project.
  • Use in a single client project, provided the client receives a copy of this EULA.

  1. Prohibited Uses

  • Re‑sale, re‑distribution, or sublicensing of the original or modified files.
  • Incorporation into a SaaS or theme marketplace without an Extended Licence.
  • Use in unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

  1. Extended Licence

For uses beyond the Standard Licence (multi‑domain, SaaS, templates for sale), contact licensing@pixelforge.eu.

  1. Ownership

All intellectual‑property rights remain with PixelForge or the respective author. No title or ownership passes to you.
