1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the order date provided you have not begun downloading the digital product.

  • To exercise the right, email refunds@pixelforge.eu with your order number and statement of withdrawal.
  • We will confirm receipt on a durable medium (email) within 24 hours.

2. Waiver Upon Download

By checking the consent box at checkout and starting the download, you acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right is lost.

3. Exceptional Refunds

A discretionary refund may be granted when:

  • the file is materially defective and we cannot supply a fixed version within 5 business days; or
  • you have not started the download and request a refund within 14 days.

4. Method & Timing of Reimbursement

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. No surcharges are deducted.
