Welcome to PixelForge, an online marketplace for premium WordPress templates and related digital assets. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PixelForge website (the “Site”), your purchases, and your rights as a consumer under European Union law. By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “PixelForge” refers to the owner and operator of the PixelForge website.
- “You”, “User”, “Customer” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Site.
- “Digital Products” means WordPress themes, templates, code snippets, and related assets available for purchase and download on PixelForge.
- “License” refers to the usage rights granted to you upon purchasing a product.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By registering an account or purchasing a product, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Products and Licensing
All Digital Products sold on PixelForge are subject to a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for either personal or commercial use, as specified on each product page.
4.1 Standard License Includes:
- Use in a single personal or commercial project.
- Modifications to suit your project needs.
- Use on a single domain (for website templates).
4.2 Prohibited Actions:
- Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the original or modified files.
- Using the item in illegal, defamatory, or pornographic content.
- Sharing the product with third parties or teams without the proper license.
Any usage beyond these terms requires explicit written permission from PixelForge or a separate extended license.
5. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. PixelForge uses secure third-party payment gateways.
Upon purchasing, you authorize us or our certified payment service provider (PSP) to charge your selected payment method using 3-D Secure or other Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) mechanisms where required.
PixelForge does not store full payment card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or authentication data. All card processing is handled by a PCI DSS-certified PSP.
For EU customers, VAT is charged based on your billing address. You will be provided with a VAT invoice upon request.
6. Delivery and Access
Once payment is confirmed, digital products will be made available via your PixelForge account. You will also receive a confirmation email with download instructions. Delivery is considered fulfilled upon download availability.
We provide bug fixes and security updates for a minimum of 24 months after purchase. You will be notified about these updates by email.
7. Refund Policy
In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your digital purchase within 14 days unless the download has started, in which case this right is waived.
At checkout, you will be required to give explicit consent via checkbox and receive a confirmation email (a durable medium) acknowledging that your right of withdrawal is waived once you download the product.
Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional cases:
- The product is faulty or not functioning as described.
- You have not downloaded the item and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 10 business days of approval.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on PixelForge—including templates, site content, branding, and code—is the property of PixelForge or its respective authors. Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale of any materials is strictly prohibited.
You may not claim ownership of any product or redistribute it under your own name or brand.
9. User Content
If you submit content (e.g. reviews, comments, or support requests), you grant PixelForge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content for the purpose of improving our services and community.
10. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PixelForge without notice if you breach these Terms, misuse our products, or violate applicable laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under EU law, PixelForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any products, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial losses.
12. Warranties and Disclaimers
All products are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. While we aim to ensure our products are functional and high-quality, we do not guarantee they will be error-free or compatible with all platforms, browsers, or WordPress versions.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using PixelForge, you agree to our use of cookies and analytics services for site functionality and performance monitoring.

14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified 30 days in advance of any material changes.
If you do not agree to the new Terms, you have the right to terminate your account and request a pro-rata refund of any remaining license term.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which PixelForge is legally registered. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that country.
